Journey to the Potter's House — Part 1

The clay that makes it to God's pottery wheel never starts perfect. Journey to the Potter’s House opens with Jeremiah 18 and a hopeful message: there is no such thing as perfect clay. God digs imperfect swamp clay in search of clay that is willing. Why does He do this? Because you were born on purpose and you were born for a purpose. Before the wheel even turns the potter's work is orientation and wedging out impurities. In our lives, this looks like submission to God's Lordship and forgiveness among other things. What comes next is the multi step formation process of which we will learn about it part two of this two part message.
