Breandan McTighe

Lead Pastor
Breandan started at Reclaim in July of 2013 when RCC was a small but fiercely faithful group of people . He is extremely passionate about preaching, teaching, and helping people go deeper in their faith. Seeing lives transformed by the gospel is what he is in ministry for. He, his wife Jill, and their four children have called RCC home for 13 years.

Eli Russo

Youth & Family Pastor
Starting as an intern during the summer of 2017, Eli was drawn to the authenticity and depth of the people at Reclaim. He faithfully joined our staff the next year before a position was even available. Eli has a pastors heart and is passionate about bringing out the best in those he disciples. Eli and his wife Alexis have three beautiful children. 

Caleb Sanders

Music Director
Caleb began his journey at Reclaim in his teen years as a volunteer and member of the church. His musical talent and genuine heart eventually led him to join our staff. Serving part time at Reclaim, like all of our leaders, he has a sacrificial and deep desire to see other discipled in the teachings of Jesus. Caleb and his wife Gabby welcomed their first baby to the world  in 2025.

Ashley Alicea

Office Administrator
After joining the church in 2025, it didn't take long to see the tremendous potential in Ashley. She is humble, dedicated, and diligent among many other things. The only thing that outshines her ability to organize and administrate is her love for Jesus and discipleship.  Her and her husband Manny have two young boys to keep them moving.
